Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to ensure a clean, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for clients.
- Assist lead massage therapists with client intake procedures, including preparing clients for sessions and gathering relevant health information.
- Manage and organize therapy supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper sanitation.
- Support therapists during sessions by providing necessary tools, oils, or towels as requested.
- Perform light administrative duties such as scheduling, client check-ins/check-outs, and processing payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area, waiting room, and other common spaces.
- Educate clients on post-session care instructions and recommend relevant products or services.
- Handle laundry and ensure a consistent supply of fresh, clean linens.
- Assist in maintaining client records and ensuring confidentiality.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company protocols.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within a spa, salon, or wellness center.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Basic computer proficiency for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
