Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various production machinery and equipment according to established procedures, production schedules, and safety guidelines to ensure continuous operation.
- Conduct routine quality checks on products during the manufacturing process, ensuring strict adherence to specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime, identify potential issues, and ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Set up and adjust machine parameters as required for different production runs, product types, and material changes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering strictly to hygiene, sanitation, and 'Good Manufacturing Practices' (GMP) standards.
- Accurately record production data, including output, waste, downtime, and quality control metrics, promptly and thoroughly.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times and reporting any hazards or incidents.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize production flow and contribute to a cohesive and productive work environment.
Required Skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and understand complex industrial machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in carrying out tasks and monitoring processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively and precisely.
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements, calculations, and data recording.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a significant asset.
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or factory setting, preferably in food and beverage or related industries.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety regulations.
- Experience with industrial packaging, bottling, or processing machinery.
