Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport staff members according to scheduled routes and ad-hoc requests.
- Adhere strictly to all local traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or malfunctions promptly.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-maintained vehicle interior and exterior.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and journey logs.
- Ensure punctuality for all assigned routes and pick-up times.
- Assist passengers with luggage or other items as required, providing excellent customer service.
- Proactively identify and report any potential hazards or safety concerns related to routes or vehicle condition.
- Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing and repairs.
Required Skills
- Valid Nigerian Class E or F driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate or staff transport setting.
- Thorough knowledge of Akure road networks, routes, and traffic patterns.
