Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, purchases, requisitions, and returns using inventory management software or manual systems.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for all items, including perishable goods, to prevent spoilage, damage, or loss.
- Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard all inventory, preventing theft or unauthorized access.
- Collaborate with purchasing, kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and other departments to fulfill requisitions promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels to identify reorder points, assist in generating purchase requests, and prevent stock-outs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards within the store area.
- Assist in the preparation of inventory reports for management, highlighting trends, usage, and cost-saving opportunities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
