As a Remote Internal Knowledge Base Article Creator, you will collaborate closely with various departments, including IT, Operations, Customer Service, and Product Development, to identify knowledge gaps and transform complex processes, policies, and technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly articles. Your work will directly contribute to improving internal communication, reducing support queries, and enhancing overall productivity across the bank. Key Responsibilities
- Research, gather, and synthesize information from various internal sources, subject matter experts, and existing documentation to create accurate and comprehensive knowledge base articles.
- Write, edit, and proofread internal knowledge base articles, ensuring clarity, conciseness, grammatical accuracy, and adherence to CBZ Bank's brand voice and style guidelines.
- Structure and organize content logically, using appropriate headings, bullet points, images, and other visual aids to enhance readability and user comprehension.
- Collaborate with departmental heads and team members to identify knowledge gaps, update outdated information, and ensure the knowledge base remains current and relevant.
- Manage the lifecycle of knowledge base articles, including creation, review, approval, publishing, and archival processes.
- Implement and maintain consistent categorization, tagging, and search optimization strategies within the knowledge base platform to improve discoverability.
- Monitor article usage and feedback, making continuous improvements based on user needs and analytical data.
- Train and support internal stakeholders on knowledge base best practices and usage, fostering a culture of self-service and information sharing.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in technical writing, content creation, or documentation management.
- Strong research and information gathering abilities.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) or knowledge base platforms.
