Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces, ensuring a spotless and hygienic environment.
- Change bed linens and towels, replenishing amenities and supplies as required.
- Empty waste bins and transport soiled linen and trash to designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items promptly to management.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain an organized and stocked cleaning cart, ensuring all necessary supplies are on hand.
- Respond professionally, courteously, and efficiently to guest requests and concerns.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing, as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures regarding guest privacy and security.
