Job Description

Are you an analytical powerhouse with a passion for understanding consumer behavior and optimizing experiences across multiple touchpoints? Delta Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Cross-Channel Customer Journey Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in mapping, analyzing, and optimizing the complete customer lifecycle across all digital and traditional channels. From initial awareness to post-purchase loyalty, you will uncover insights into customer needs, pain points, and motivations, translating complex data into actionable recommendations that drive significant business growth and customer satisfaction. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within Zimbabwe, allowing you to contribute your expertise regardless of your physical location, while maintaining strong virtual collaboration with our teams based in Ruwa and other regions.

You will leverage various data sources—including website analytics, CRM data, social media insights, and market research—to create a holistic view of our customers’ interactions with our brands. Your work will directly inform strategic decisions in marketing, product development, sales, and customer service, ensuring a seamless and compelling customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Map and analyze end-to-end customer journeys across all touchpoints, including digital, retail, and experiential channels.
  • Identify critical pain points, friction areas, and opportunities for improvement within existing customer journeys.
  • Develop comprehensive data-driven insights into customer behavior, preferences, and motivations.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, social listening platforms) to collect, process, and interpret large datasets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and customer service teams to implement journey optimizations and new strategies.
  • Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings, recommendations, and the impact of changes to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and measure the performance of customer journey initiatives, providing continuous feedback and iteration.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer journey mapping and experience design.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to validate hypotheses and optimize customer touchpoints.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies based on journey behavior and engagement patterns to personalize experiences.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in customer journey mapping, analytics, or CX strategy.
  • Proficiency with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong command of CRM systems and their application in understanding customer data.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and their role in the customer journey.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
