Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the pristine appearance and serene ambiance of the spa reception area and waiting lounge at all times.

- Coordinate effectively and seamlessly with therapists, practitioners, and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and cohesive service delivery.
- Assist proactively in promoting and selling spa products, packages, and membership options to enhance client experience.
