Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and long-range financial plans.
- Perform profitability analysis for various products, services, or business segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP principles and company financial policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements for financial reporting and analysis.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial statements.
