Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other designated hotel spaces.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and polishing surfaces to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Emptying waste bins, disposing of trash appropriately, and replacing liners.
- Replenishing amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathroom fixtures, toilets, showers, and floors.
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards observed to management.
- Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations and hotel cleaning protocols.
- Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Assisting with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests for cleaning services or supplies.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
