Career.zycto is actively seeking a dedicated and meticulous Janitorial Floor Cleaner to join our facilities team in the vibrant Eglinton West neighbourhood of Toronto. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing.
- Operate and maintain a variety of floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuum cleaners, ensuring their proper and safe use.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment as needed, reporting any shortages or malfunctions promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals.
- Inspect cleaned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently met.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during cleaning duties.
- Assist with other general janitorial tasks as required to maintain overall facility cleanliness.
