Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions in Guzape and wider Abuja.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests with meticulous attention to detail.
- Operate the hotel's property management system (PMS) for accurate record-keeping and guest profiling.
- Assist with luggage handling, taxi arrangements, and other concierge services as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Process payments, manage cash float, and accurately balance daily transactions.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area, adhering to hotel standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the hotel's service standards and values at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage with guests.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications; experience with hotel PMS is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A genuine passion for customer service and the hospitality industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (1+ year) in a customer service or hospitality role.
