Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and provide exceptional, personalized service at all times.
- Prepare and maintain the lounge area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to aesthetic standards.
- Set up and replenish food and beverage displays, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening canapés/cocktails.
- Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance or recommendations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and minor complaints with professionalism and efficiency, escalating when necessary.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records when applicable.
- Monitor and manage lounge occupancy to ensure a comfortable environment.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen, front desk, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Assist with inventory management of lounge supplies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
