Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks across the residential estate, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Conduct minor repairs and installations, such as fixing leaks, changing light fixtures, repairing doors, and general masonry work.
- Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the estate grounds, including light landscaping duties, waste management, and ensuring clean common areas.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from residents, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Regularly inspect all property facilities, equipment, and systems (e.g., generators, water pumps) to identify and address potential problems.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Manage and organize maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or projects when necessary.
