Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct all incoming calls, emails, and physical correspondence, ensuring timely, professional, and accurate responses.
- Maintain an impeccably organized filing system for all physical and electronic documents, guaranteeing easy retrieval and strict confidentiality.
- Schedule and meticulously coordinate meetings, appointments, and complex travel arrangements for management and staff members.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, engaging presentations, and other critical documents as required, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards.
- Manage office supplies inventory, proactively place orders, and ensure continuous availability of necessary resources for all departments.
- Warmly greet and assist visitors, maintaining a welcoming, professional, and secure front office environment at all times.
- Provide robust administrative support to various departments, including precise data entry, efficient photocopying, and meticulous scanning of documents.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, integrity, and adherence to company privacy policies.
- Assist in the accurate preparation of budgets, expense reports, and other financial administrative documents.
- Ensure the office environment is consistently tidy, organized, and conducive to maximum productivity and employee well-being.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, suppliers, and government agencies.
- Coordinate and facilitate office events, workshops, seminars, and team-building activities to foster a positive work culture.
Required Skills
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
