Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client assessments to determine presenting issues, needs, and appropriate therapeutic interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client goals.
- Provide remote counseling sessions via secure video and chat platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential therapeutic environment.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, humanistic) as appropriate for client needs.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records in compliance with professional and ethical standards.
