Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care, respecting individual choices and promoting independence.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (at least 6 months) in a care setting, preferably with elderly clients.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults policies and procedures.
- Experience working with individuals living with dementia, physical disabilities, or other complex care needs.
- Basic First Aid certification.
