Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking systems, collaborating with development teams for resolution.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings, providing input on QA estimates and progress.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with product owners and developers to understand project requirements and ensure testability.
- Provide regular updates on testing status, progress, and issues to project stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of QA documentation, including test summaries and defect reports.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
- Proficiency in developing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
