Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes for variances.
  • Maintain precise inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Assist with the receiving, stocking, and organizing of all incoming shipments.
  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring orders are accurate and complete.
  • Perform regular audits of inventory to verify integrity and prevent loss.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments, including shipping, receiving, and procurement, to resolve inventory-related issues.
  • Ensure proper storage, rotation, and labeling of all inventory items according to company standards.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (forklift operation if certified).
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies within the warehouse environment.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months of proven experience in a warehouse or inventory control role.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and accurate data entry.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly and perform physical tasks.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Forklift certification or previous experience operating other powered industrial equipment.
  • Familiarity with specific Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

  • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
