Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring timely distribution and response.
  • Maintain and update student records, staff files, and other administrative documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and school events, managing calendars for key staff members.
  • Prepare and distribute newsletters, notices, reports, and other communication materials to parents and staff.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed and ensuring the office is well-stocked.
  • Support with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices, managing petty cash, and tracking expenses.
  • Assist in organizing school events, excursions, and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Provide general administrative support to the school principal and other faculty members as required.
  • Ensure the reception area and office are tidy, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
