Job Description

Cobweb Solutions is seeking a talented Remote IT Solutions Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal remote role, you will be the bridge between our clients’ business needs and the powerful cloud solutions we offer, primarily focusing on Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. You will be instrumental in analysing client requirements, diagnosing technical issues, and designing and implementing robust, scalable IT solutions that align with their strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client IT infrastructure, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Design, implement, and configure cloud-based solutions (primarily Microsoft 365 and Azure) to meet specific business requirements.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues, acting as an escalation point for service desk teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, project management, and other technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices, continuously enhancing personal and team knowledge.
- Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide expert technical advice.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal processes and service delivery methodologies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
- Solid understanding of Azure IaaS/PaaS services, networking, and security concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues remotely.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent certification.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent certification.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms or virtualisation technologies.
- Prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT consultancy.
