Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently dispense fuel into customer vehicles.
- Process cash and card payments using POS terminals and other payment systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting with needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the fuel pumps, forecourt, and surrounding areas.
- Monitor fuel levels and report discrepancies or low stock to management.
- Conduct daily checks on equipment for proper functionality and report any faults.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company operating procedures.
- Assist in the stocking and display of convenience store items, if applicable.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental and health & safety standards.
- Promote additional services or products offered at the station.
