Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations, answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Handle guest payments, maintain accurate cash flow records, and manage billing processes.
  • Provide comprehensive information about guesthouse services, local attractions, dining options, and transportation.
  • Address guest concerns, complaints, and special requests with empathy and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area and lobby.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, reservation software).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
