Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the physical setup and arrangement of market stalls, signage, and equipment before opening hours.
- Provide logistical support, including moving goods, loading/unloading vehicles, and ensuring proper placement of items.
- Act as a point of contact for market vendors, offering assistance with their operational needs and addressing minor issues.
- Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the market area throughout operating hours and during pack-down.
- Monitor market activities to ensure adherence to operational guidelines and safety standards.
- Support inventory management and tracking of market assets.
- Assist with crowd management and direction as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and market managers to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform general errands and ad-hoc tasks as required to support overall market functionality.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying moderate to heavy items (up to 25kg)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
