Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing client inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to client questions, concerns, and issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately and thoroughly within the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve client issues and improve service processes.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
