Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy services, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Hot Stone, and other specialized techniques, as per client needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, health history, and desired outcomes, ensuring a personalized and safe therapeutic experience.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on client assessments, clearly communicating the proposed therapy and expected benefits.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, equipment, and linens, adhering to all hygiene and safety standards.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy, self-care practices, stretching, and post-treatment recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting services performed, progress, and any relevant observations.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality at all times.
- Actively listen to client feedback and adjust techniques to ensure maximum comfort and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to offer a holistic approach to client care when appropriate.

Required Skills
