Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon their arrival and departure, assisting them with luggage and personal belongings.
  • Safely and efficiently transport guest luggage to and from their rooms, ensuring proper handling and care.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, providing a brief orientation to the hotel facilities and room features.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, dining options, and transportation.
  • Assist guests with various errands and requests, such as hailing taxis, delivering messages, or arranging transportation.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
  • Monitor and control access to the hotel entrance, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with the front desk, concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
