Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s business goals and values.
  • Conduct thorough training needs analyses across all departments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs, workshops, and resources, utilizing a blended learning approach (e.g., e-learning, in-person, virtual sessions, coaching).
  • Source, evaluate, and manage external training providers and platforms when necessary.
  • Establish and monitor key L&D metrics and KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and report on ROI.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive comprehensive training and integration into the company culture.
  • Manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to integrate L&D initiatives with broader talent management strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in learning and development.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering engaging training content across various formats.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a flexible work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant professional certification in L&D, HR, or training.
