Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s business goals and values.
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses across all departments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs, workshops, and resources, utilizing a blended learning approach (e.g., e-learning, in-person, virtual sessions, coaching).
- Source, evaluate, and manage external training providers and platforms when necessary.
- Establish and monitor key L&D metrics and KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and report on ROI.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive comprehensive training and integration into the company culture.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental heads to integrate L&D initiatives with broader talent management strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in learning and development.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Expertise in designing and delivering engaging training content across various formats.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
