Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and meticulously refine prompts for large language models (LLMs) to achieve desired outputs and functionalities within our talent acquisition platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with ML engineers, data scientists, product managers, and UX designers to understand requirements and integrate prompt solutions.
- Conduct systematic experimentation and A/B testing on different prompt strategies and model parameters to optimize performance, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
- Evaluate the quality, relevance, and bias of AI-generated content, implementing corrective measures and ethical guidelines.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in prompt engineering techniques, generative AI, and natural language understanding.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and best practices for prompt creation, iteration, and deployment.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of AI capabilities, identifying new opportunities for leveraging LLMs to enhance our product offerings.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience specifically in prompt engineering or a closely related AI/NLP role.
