Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities according to hotel standards.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors in guest rooms and corridors.
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including sanitizing fixtures, tiles, and floors.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Manage and organize cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained.
- Assist with laundry duties as required.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues.
- Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy during cleaning operations.
