As a member of our Janitorial Cleaning Crew, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial and residential properties. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and waxing floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring a hygienic and pleasant environment.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to disposal areas.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, and hallways.
- Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or damaged items promptly to supervision.
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures.
Required Skills
- Proven reliability and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe use
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
