Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes, collaborating with various departments to gather and validate financial inputs.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing recommendations to optimize financial performance.

- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, providing timely and accurate financial data.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced data analysis techniques.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and corporate finance.
- Expert-level Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights) or ERP systems.
- Exceptional analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
