Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Online Advertising Coordinator to join our dynamic and fully remote marketing team. This position offers the flexibility to work from your home base in the Durham, North Carolina area while contributing directly to a cutting-edge platform that is redefining digital advertising for professionals nationwide. As an Online Advertising Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution, monitoring, and optimization of our clients’ digital ad campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram), and programmatic display networks. Your primary responsibilities will involve setting up new campaigns, meticulously monitoring performance on a daily basis, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic adjustments to ensure our clients achieve their marketing objectives. This role requires a keen blend of analytical skills, a creative problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities. You will collaborate closely with our Account Management and Product teams to implement best practices, share insights, and continually refine our advertising strategies to maximize ROI for our users. Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, launch, and manage online advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and other relevant digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, meticulously analyzing key metrics and making data-driven adjustments to bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creatives, landing page elements, ad copy, and audience segments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and drive better results.
  • Generate comprehensive regular performance reports, analyzing data to extract meaningful trends, insights, and actionable recommendations for campaign optimization and strategic adjustments.
  • Collaborate effectively with the content and design teams to ensure all ad creatives are highly engaging, brand-compliant, and optimized for maximum impact across various platforms.
  • Stay relentlessly up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, new advertising technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain Career.zycto’s leadership position.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of best practices and standard operating procedures for online advertising campaign management.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and efficiently resolve any campaign-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to performance.
  • Support Account Managers by providing detailed campaign insights and performance summaries for client communications and strategy discussions.

Required Skills

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns, specifically with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Demonstrated understanding of core digital marketing metrics (e.g., CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Impression Share, Conversion Rate).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets, for performance tracking and insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a fully remote work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms or demand-side platforms (DSPs).
  • Current Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or Shopping).
  • Prior experience working within the real estate or mortgage industry.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools or CRM platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page optimization or A/B testing implementation.
