Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and high-performance technical AI architectures.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI/ML technologies, platforms, and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI/ML engineers and data scientists, ensuring best practices in MLOps and development methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems.
- Define data governance, security, and privacy strategies for AI solutions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and documentation for AI projects.
- Conduct proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and feasibility studies for new AI initiatives.
Required Skills
- Deep expertise in designing and implementing scalable AI/ML architectures and platforms.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (essential) and Java/Scala.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and MLOps principles.
- Experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid grasp of data engineering principles, including data pipelines, warehousing, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
