Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order sheets or scanner instructions.
- Verify product quantities, types, and conditions to ensure order accuracy before packing.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (training provided as needed).
- Prepare orders for shipment by packing, labeling, and staging them in designated areas.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and assist with cycle counting as required to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures to ensure personal and team safety.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Report any discrepancies, product damage, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory when necessary to support overall warehouse operations.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and product labels.
- Physical stamina to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout a shift.
- Basic math skills for counting, verifying, and reconciling items.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
