Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
  • Direct guests to their designated areas, seats, or facilities efficiently and politely.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding event schedules, venues, and available amenities.
  • Assist guests with special needs, including wheelchair access or other accommodations, ensuring comfort and safety.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally and courteously, escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Maintain order and ensure adherence to event policies and safety regulations throughout the venue.
  • Distribute event materials, programs, or promotional items as required, ensuring guests have necessary information.
  • Collaborate effectively with event organizers, security personnel, and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor guest flow and manage crowd control in high-traffic areas, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
  • Support setup and breakdown activities as needed, including arranging signage, seating, or other event paraphernalia.
  • Be vigilant for any safety hazards or security concerns and report them promptly to appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure a clean and presentable environment in all guest areas, contributing to overall event aesthetic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high-volume, dynamic environment, such as an airport, hotel, or convention center.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Familiarity with event management software or ticketing systems.
