Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
- Direct guests to their designated areas, seats, or facilities efficiently and politely.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding event schedules, venues, and available amenities.
- Assist guests with special needs, including wheelchair access or other accommodations, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally and courteously, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Maintain order and ensure adherence to event policies and safety regulations throughout the venue.
- Distribute event materials, programs, or promotional items as required, ensuring guests have necessary information.
- Collaborate effectively with event organizers, security personnel, and other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor guest flow and manage crowd control in high-traffic areas, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Support setup and breakdown activities as needed, including arranging signage, seating, or other event paraphernalia.
