Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Chop vegetables, prepare sauces, and portion ingredients for various menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all food preparation areas meet strict hygiene standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including slicers, fryers, and grills, after proper training.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate ingredient needs to supervisors.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and rotation of food products.
- Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries, ensuring proper organization of supplies.
