Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linen, make beds, and replace used towels with fresh ones.
- Replenish amenities such as mini-bar items, toiletries, and informational materials.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport waste to disposal areas.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel policies regarding cleanliness, guest privacy, and health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, reporting needs to supervisors.
- Assist with laundry duties as required.
