Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service, assisting with product inquiries and selections.
  • Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash, debit, and credit card payments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving, displays, and checkout areas.
  • Restock merchandise, monitor inventory levels, and assist with receiving and organizing new shipments.
  • Actively promote current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and sales.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures of the store as per company guidelines.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to management as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and counting change.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
