Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service, assisting with product inquiries and selections.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash, debit, and credit card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving, displays, and checkout areas.
- Restock merchandise, monitor inventory levels, and assist with receiving and organizing new shipments.
- Actively promote current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and sales.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the store as per company guidelines.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to management as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and counting change.
