Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide a personalized shopping experience.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain an organized, visually appealing, and clean boutique environment.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising efforts and inventory management.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
