Career.zycto is seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our growing team as an Insurance Agent specializing in Sales & Claims. This is a commission-based opportunity designed for ambitious professionals who are passionate about helping clients secure their future through comprehensive insurance solutions. As an Insurance Agent, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement efforts, responsible for prospecting new clients, understanding their unique needs, and recommending suitable insurance products, including life, health, property, and casualty lines. Beyond sales, you will also play a crucial role in assisting clients through the claims process, providing empathetic support and clear guidance to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience during critical times. Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with potential clients to identify appropriate insurance products and coverage levels.
- Present, explain, and sell a wide range of insurance policies (life, health, auto, home, business, etc.) to meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Guide clients through the claims process, providing clear instructions, collecting necessary documentation, and liaising with adjusters.
- Educate clients on policy terms, conditions, and benefits, ensuring full understanding and satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and maintain accurate client records in compliance with company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales or customer service, preferably in a target-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Insurance Agent or in the financial services industry.
- Existing network of contacts in Hope Pastures, St. Andrew, or surrounding areas.
- Tertiary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of local insurance regulations and market dynamics in Jamaica.
