Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on building systems, equipment, and general infrastructure.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential maintenance needs or hazards.
- Execute minor repairs and installations, ensuring all work is completed safely and to high standards.
- Assist senior maintenance staff and external contractors with more complex repair and renovation projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and material usage.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of maintenance workshops, tools, and storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts in line with environmental guidelines.
- Provide general assistance to all departments to ensure smooth facility operations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in general building maintenance or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
