As our Influencer Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, recruiting, and nurturing relationships with key influencers across various platforms whose values align with our mission. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from initial outreach and negotiation to content creation guidance, performance tracking, and comprehensive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify, research, and vet potential influencers, micro-influencers, and content creators across relevant social media platforms.
  • Initiate outreach, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with selected influencers.
  • Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging and authentic content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
  • Monitor influencer content for brand alignment, quality, and performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
  • Maintain a database of influencer contacts and campaign performance data.
  • Work collaboratively with internal marketing, content, and sales teams to integrate influencer activities into broader marketing efforts.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media management
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Proficiency in campaign management and reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications
