Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls, including room setup and material preparation.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents accurately and promptly.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate information within various databases and CRM systems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them appropriately.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments and team members as required.
