Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, escorting them to their tables.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Monitor dining area to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately using our POS system.
- Clear and reset tables between guests and at the end of shifts.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints courteously and efficiently.
