As a Fashion Sales Representative, you will be the face of the boutique, embodying its brand essence and delivering impeccable customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized styling advice.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and current fashion trends.
  • Ensure the boutique is immaculately presented, including merchandise displays, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash/card payments.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and replenishing stock.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Participate in store opening and closing procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling, and visual merchandising.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash/card transactions.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of initiative, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in a high-end boutique or luxury brand setting.
  • Multilingual abilities (e.g., ability to converse in Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa in addition to English).
  • Experience with clienteling and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
