Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, offering informed recommendations and answering menu-related questions.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, proactively addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Process payments efficiently, handle cash and credit card transactions, and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other waitstaff to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, including table setup and resetting.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as stocking supplies, cleaning, and preparing for the next shift.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and company policies.
- Upsell complementary items and promote daily specials to enhance the guest experience.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
