Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for POS hardware (e.g., card readers, printers) and software issues via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose common POS system problems, including connectivity, transaction errors, and software malfunctions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support technicians or relevant departments, ensuring timely resolution.
- Document all support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.
- Guide clients through basic setup, configuration, and usage of POS systems and associated applications.
