Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their style preferences and provide personalized fashion advice and recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, brands, product features, and styling techniques.
  • Ensure the boutique's visual merchandising is always immaculate and appealing, reflecting brand standards.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and card payments.
  • Manage inventory, including receiving, tagging, restocking, and conducting regular stock counts.
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures of the boutique.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns professionally and efficiently.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging personality.
