Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all visitors, deliveries, and unusual occurrences.
  • Operate and monitor various security equipment, including CCTV cameras, gate systems, and alarm panels, under supervision.
  • Respond to basic inquiries and provide clear directions or assistance to visitors and staff.
  • Report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or equipment malfunctions promptly to senior security personnel.
  • Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, ensuring all entry/exit points are secured.
  • Assist in emergency situations by following established protocols and guiding individuals to safety.
  • Ensure compliance with all site-specific security policies and health and safety regulations.
